I have been using BSNL mobile for the past 6 years. the ever hit me on 1st Jan 2013 when SMS couldn't be sent. The screen displays "message not sent". Since then I have registered complaint online at least 5 times in about 4 months. (via http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/LogComplaint.aspx.). But still the problem exists.
Every time i register the complaint, (about unable to send sms) The cunning customer care calls me and says that the complaint is RESOLVED! But neither the problem is solved nor could i send sms! Now customer care has stopped calling me and the problem still continues!
today i have registered the complaint for the 5th time and of course on the same issue!
