I seriously regret investing so many bucks in reliance 3g dongle as I am highly frustrated with their services and customer care unit. The speed comes so slow, that it takes 5 min to open google sometimes. Despite repeated complaints nobody responded. I called to their customer care service and I also went to reliance outlet to make the complain. But no response. They will just assure you that it will get resolved within 24 hrs. Nothing else. Recently, I made a request of change of my current postpaid plan. The customer care person has assured me that it will be changed this month. And now when I am asking whether it is activated or not, they are telling it will take another one month. I have so much of important work on net but its all stuck now. They are just making fool out of the people.
