Same incident happened with me. Person named Rajesh contact nos +91-8583972324, +91-9874422171 is a fraud person. I have book my household item from Kharagpur to Mumbai on 10th may 2014. He taken advance payment from me and remaining payment of 2000/- will take during home delivery. He promised to deliver items within 15 days. After 15 days when I called him then he told, you did't tell me to transport material, now, It will take 7 days more. I waited, after few days, he called me and asked to pay 2000/- using NEFT transfer to some person named Kanika Lal Mondal (sbi account 32751903578). Rajesh threatened me, if you will not transfer the money, the transporter (Ganga Jamuna Trans. as named told by him) will not give you back your items. After paying him, he left my items at Bhiwandi, 30 km away from Mumbai and given me a number of local transporter (Haneesh - idea pack and movers +91-9702410904). After talking him, he told Rajesh is not paying amount for local transport so you have to pay 2500/- for local delivery. I called back Rajesh, first he told transporter not delivering so you pay it, I'll transfer the 2500/- into your account. When I resisted, this fraud person did't pick my call and never answered. At last, for my luggage, I paid 2500/- to local transporter. When I received, items were in damaged condition and I suffered a huge loss with mental harassment for many days. After that I started searching about him, I found that, he already made many cases like this and kept on looting people. Whatever bills given by him don't have any registration number. He is having fake website (http://www.leolinepackers.in/). All the numbers given on website are of person working some other company. If you call them, and say your problem, then they will tell you about this fraudulent person.
I'll request to all people who suffered to come together and request to consumer forum to take some legal action against him. I request to consumer forum to protect us and give him punishment. Otherwise this arrogant, fraud person keep on looting the people and kept on taking advantage of innocent people.
