I bought a piece of land at Bhashyam Developers Golden County on July 27th 2013. Property cost:9.8 lakhs. 1 lakh was paid on the same day and paid 3.9 lakh on Aug 30th 2013 as told by Bhashyam developers. I was told that they would register the property by Oct 1st at time I will have to pay the remaining amount. Till now the registration is not done almost 4 months have passed the due date. every time I call they assure that registration would done by end of the week blah blah..with a junk reason Andhra folks at registration office are not working due to Telangana issue etc..(they never update the consumer on what's going on with the registration process you have to call and check with them). Finally I got frustrated and with lot of push over from my end they gave a bond agreement indicating that they would return the money(4.9 lakhs) in case they are not able register by Jan 31st 2014. I want to other consumers to be aware of this fraud. I'm going to file another compliant in case they are NOT registering or not returning the money as promised by Jan 31st 2014.
