Ravi Group from Miraroad (E) , office is is located at Kandivli (W) had cheated many People like us. We had booked flat with them on 20th June-2010. Till now they were not ready to give Evan agreement & Registration copy until we pay 3 lakh cash without any receipt for parking charges . Now they are again asking 3 lakh as Interest rate .We had paid 95 % of agreed amount 1 year ago. And look like we will not get possession before Oct-13. How a builder can ask 10 % if they are delaying possession by more then 2 years. I am really Helpless. do not know what to do.
They are not ready to talk properly. I feel I am dealing with Gunda.
Now I am fed up, Looking to fight with thm
