TIKONA Broadband is worst among all service providers.
Hello Everybody,
This month beginning, I took Tikona Broadband internet connection. Plan is ADBB699 with 2Mbps speed, Unlimited. For 2 weeks, it was working fine, good speed & good connectivity. Later, I had connectivity issue. I called customer care for help. They informed me that a technician will visit my house. I also mentioned the timing to visit my house. Now, it's been more than 3 days. No body from Tikona has turned up. No call, no SMS, nothing. And issue is till same. I have called Tikona customer care more than 5 times. Everytime they say that mu issue is escalated on priority basis. Soon technician will visiot my house.
I have already paid Rs.1650 for new connection including 1 month advance payment. I am extremely unhappy with the way Tikona is handling their customer.
I request everyone, who is planning to take up internet connection not to use Tikona services. They promise good speed, higher usage limit but at bottom level they don't care about the customer once they get paid. Please do not use Tikona serivces.
I am planning to move my issue with Consumer Forum to get internet connection disconnected and get my money refunded.
