I bought a Reliance 3g dongle with SIM from reliance authorized dealer - A K Telicom, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-31. Three days before my Internet stopped working suddenly. I called Immediately to customer care and got a very careless guy to speak with. He said that he don't know anything accept I didn't submit my document yet. I called several time and didn't receive any satisfactory answer. Then I called to the person from where I bought the Dongle and SIM. She did not answer. I called next day and she did not answer. I called persistently but did not get the chance to talk to her. Luckily yesterday I was fortunate to talk to her and she asked me to call later. Awesome. Then today I went to the shop (Authorized Reliance Shop) and she told me that my problem will be resolved within 1-2 hours. I want to fire a case now on reliance because they bothered me without my fault. If you did not receive any document, I am not responsible for that. I have given all documents to the A K Telicom. Why you give these careless people dealership if they don't do their duty well. Just tell me what should I don now?
