Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in grief and sorrow that i had purchase a SONY-LCD ,bearing Model No (KLV-22BX350 IN5 ) as on 28/03/2013 from Pantaloon Retail (India )Ezone-Noida.
Unfortunately, I had fallen ill severely from last 5 month and was hospitalized at different part of location during my journey trip.I wanted my Wall mountain Stand to be installed along with my LCD before the warranty period ends,but due to above discussed circumstance i couldn't resist for it because Warranty Service Coupon was not available with me by the time.
We as a creature of God can believe in natural calamities, that actually happened with me.
Thus i had given a call to call center executive today soon after getting me discharge where only 25 days is exceeded that of warranty period ,but they were of no use like worst service provider in term of other provider.
I request you kindly look into this severe issue and resolve my concern on priority.
