Anonymous on "money had paid by netbanking still courier person asking for the money"

i had taken watch from re diff and i had paid the money through the net banking but courier person had called me and asked for the payment as it was earlier paid on 18/04/2014 through net banking.
why such payment issues arised despite of paying money online..????
customer care executive does not responding the call...
i want solution immediately..
