The Consumer Court of India.

I have an "international" booking with Jet Airways.

At the time of my "initial" booking, I booked my return on 05 February 2013.

In the month of January 2013, I postponed my return to 27 August 2013.

I haven't received the "updated" itinerary automatically from Jet Airways after postponing my return to 27 August 2013.

Only through my continuous and tireless contact with Jet Airways. I received an "incorrect" itinerary only on 28 April 2013.

Since, I couldn't tolerate the slack attitude of Jet Airways towards me and my booking. I sent an email to the Chairman of Jet Airways, Mr. Naresh Goyal in May 2013.

On 07 May 2013, Mr. Gerard Pereira contacted me over the phone in response to the email sent to the Chairman.

Even Gerard, failed to get me the "correct" itinerary from Jet Airways.

On 13 August 2013, It's me reminded Gerard with a follow-up email. He responded back to me only on 16 August 2013.

At the moment, Gerard is hiding the fault of Jet Airways and highlighting my request for cancellation of my booking due to my Family circumstance which I shared with him at a very personal level.

At last, I received the "correct" itinerary from Jet Airways only on 27 August 2013 at 11:10 am just few hours before the schedule departure of my international flight.

Just letting you know that, I spent most of my time on 27 August 2013 by contacting Jet Airways over the phone and email.

Most importantly, Jet Airways were sending text messages (SMS) to my Mobile Number in India even after my "stop-request" to send text messages.

Now, Jet Airways giving lame excuses that they were sending text messages to my mobile number in India to hide the fault of not sending the "correct" itinerary on 30 January 2013.

Please extend your maximum help in postponing my return to Brisbane to February, 2014 under no-cost to me by favorably considering my painful bitter experiences with Jet Airways and slack attitude towards me and my booking by Jet Airways.
