i had placed an order for NOVA HAIR Spray order no was 8856306 on 12 dec 2013 from http://support.rediff.com/. But the product i recieved from vendor of rediff was not same as i ordered even the wrong product delivered to me was defective. i had mailed rediff support team regarding this even i had called and place my complain to them but they haven't replied me. they have a very bad support system..i had a very vast experience with them.. they are not taking any action regarding my complain
