Hi,
I am an employee off an MNC Kolkata based, currently posted in Singapore.
On 11th night India time, my VODAFONE NUMBER has been provided to someone else replacing the SIM card without any verification to the Hacker.
I am in Singapore and my number was a running one. The Vodafone have helped the Hackers to Hack my ICICI Bank account and withdraw 6.92 Lakh INR from my accounts to other ICICI Bank accounts.
Mobile activity
• received call in my mobile 9830729700 which the registered mobile with 525321402 at 1:06pm
• received SMS regarding some service request number (which is NOT done by me or my family)–SR1504382982 would be processed by SATERTURDAY 12 April 9am at 7:11:24 pm
• received SMS regarding SIM replacement request at 7:42:16 pm and it got inactive immediately
• Called 198 at 7:50:00 pm to stop the request and the Vodafone customer care also, but it has been replaced by that time already and provided to someone else without my identification / presence
They are NOT ageeing this fact .saying it as my fault where the Accounts are of ICICI BANK only!
I want justice and I want my money back.
