I'm using Reliance Netconnect+ modem and for the month of December,2013 I recharged it with the unlimited plan of 15GB for Rs.1300. But, since the start of the month, I'm not getting any internet data and the data transfer rate is 0 Kbps mostly and no webpage is opening despite having full signal strength. I've been doing an online course which is very important for me and fully dependent on the modem for it. So, I called the customer care and they said they were doing some upgradation activities and would be finished within two days. But, now the end of the month and still I'm facing the same issue and no improvement. I made complaints many times of which only twice they officially filed it and gave me compalaint nos which are 213669636 and 213220717. I got frustated and asked the customer care folks to refund money for the data unused. They agreed to that and requested me to call them when the validity ends. Tommorow it ends and today I called to remind them. They say it can't be done. They're neither refunding money not resolving the issue and asking me to recharge again for their sake. It's total loss for me when the fault is on their side. How I'm supposed to pay for two or three connections. Please give me justice.
