Anonymous on "After recharge change poor signal"

Dear Team,

I am the customer of Reliance GSM. My number is 9693426846. The number I have purchased recently and facing the lots of problems.
I am not able to call outside but balance available on my account. The problem I had discussed to customer care about the same but their behavior was very unusual and not provided any solution. In that time my network of mobile was good so I was able to talk from outside call. I have recharged (08-April-2014) again to RS 110 and 248 for outside calling and internet facility. But when the recharge successfully done after network signals showing very week. I have again tried to connect customer care for the logged the complain but I am not able to connect. Now I am not able to receive call due to signal problem and facing the same problem to access internet.

I request you to please rectify my issue as soon as possible. I am very thankful for same.
