Sub– Notice to stop Ragging in Roadies program of MTV
Channel.
1)MTV is one of the Music channel in which one of the program name ROADIES is telecasted.
2)The MTV Roadies Organizer give invitation offer to
Participate for Roadies audition.
3)The candidate makes application to participate, Roadies format, for Roadies audition, in which large number candidate participate out of which few are selected for audition.
4)There are three Judges Raghu / Ranjiv / Ranvijay who selected by Interviewing of candidates capable for ROADIES.
5)Interview of final selection is called “SHORT CUT TO HELL” IN which participating are given “BAD WORDS”, RAGGING to the participation, which is telecasted on MTV Channel, Roadies program’s, as well in MTV website.
6)I was seeing audition telcaste on MTV channel in Roadies audition on dated 1st March 2011 at 12.50 a.m. of the last candidate, Male, who was NRI, this participaint was made to remove T-shirt and was ask to wear bra, Judges had also made him to put Lip sticks on his lips, which is ragging done to participaint in Roadies which comes under RAGGING for which punishments under Criminal proceeding, Police complaint, Public interest Litigation remedies to the citizen of India.
7)Such Ragging would make the participaint frustration, which would turn to suicides, would feel them as failure in life, for which all three judges would be liable. one of the latest case Rakhi Ka insaaf in Colors TV Channel.
8)Roadie’s judges are only to interview the candidate and if they fulfill the format of Roadies to be selected but in interviews there is Ragging, Bad words, which is not required.
9)MTV has disclaimer formatted to the participant where you cannot claim as it personal opinion but in country like, India the person doing RAGGING is liable for criminal proceeding against all three judges of Roadies.
10) Finally I am giving NOTICE to the MTV Channel authority to Roadies Organizer, to stop doing RAGGING, stops giving BAD WORDS, by all Three Judges for selecting Candidates of Roadies audition
11) I would have liberty to take legal steps in court of Law for end of justice at cost of MTV channel
Organizer, Reply the Notice within fifteen days.
