This is regarding the deduction of balance for unnecessary VAS. my mobile number is 8882095159
also when i contact the customer care, i am directed to the IVR system which stops the VAS service but there is no refund of balance. also' later in a week time, same VAS is activated again charging me for that service.
the following are the deductions made automatically without my permission.
1. VAS USSD - 17.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
2. VAS USSD - 24.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
3. VAS Evolve - 27.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .5
4. VAS USSD - 28.8.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
5. VAS USSD - 04.9.2013 - AMOUNT rs.3
6. VAS USSD 16.9.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
7. VAS USSD - 19.9.2013 - AMOUNT RS .3
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible
