My order number is 9199707 in Rediff Shopping placed on 18th Feb 2014. This was not the first either Rediff or their suppliers ship a bogus item, or a different item and the best past is cancelling the order and not to refund the amount unless the customer is pissed off. Despite such experience with Rediff I dared to order a shoe with the order number mentioned above and I welcome their one of usual decision to cancel the order on 19th Feb 2014 through an SMS. Despite several calls and email reminders the executives are enjoying a peaceful time in customer care, finance dept etc. They don't have a proper system (I request them to get trained from world class online stores like flipkart, ebay, yebhi etc on understanding customers and what to ship and how to deal if a different product is shipped or a order is cancelled).
I am really pissed off with the service and there has not been a satisfactory reply. I am not sure when the hell my amount will be refunded.
