I purchased a 40 inch SONY LED TV. After 21 months the TV gets horizontal lines and the service rep tells that the panel needs replacement, the estimated expenditure is Rs 22,000/-. I can't understand that a product of SONY, which is so expensive, can become non operational and the repair is so expensive. There is NO RELIABILITY of the product. Over that there is no responding since last one month, when I am asking and requesting for free replacement of the panel. This is the state of a company like SONY.
