I'm using vodafone number since last 8 years. I've couple of more connections used by my family members, the same are also in use since 8 years as well. Couple of years back (Oct'12) I moved to Virar to reside from Borivali, where I get very poor network. Both areas are under different Vodafone circles (Vodafone Mumbai & Vodafone Rest of Maharashtra). To register a complain Vodafone took entire month as Vodafone Mumbai Circle was stating the area is under Vodafone Rest of Maharashtra circle and they should solve the problem, and as per Rest of Maharashtra circle the number belongs to Mumbai hence Mumbai Circle needs to solve it. After a long chain of efforts I was finally able to resister a complaint. Which was solved after 6 months (June'13) I believe just because of continues chasers from my end.
The problem is again started since Dec'13, just after 6 months of so called solution. I'm raising complaints since Jan'14 and every time I chase Vodafone the earlier complaints are closed and new ticket is opened. They are currently working on latest ticket raised in March'14. Also they have finally agreed that there is an issue from their end and they need to plant a new cell site in my nearby area, for which there is no timeline as such. They have indicated 6 months to have this done, but I doubt. And why not, if they can take 1.5 years to find what the issue is, there is no chance they will able to solve it withing 6 months.
My concern is, should I paying Vodafone's bills in full though there is network issue. I'm already doing it since 1.5 years still I should continue doing it without raising any voice. Moreover, they are not sure if the problem will be solved within 6 months time as the e-mail I received contains lots of ifs and buts. Now I'm continuously chasing them on below IDs vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com, corporate.assist@vodafone.com, Nodal.Mum@vodafone.com, appellate.mum@vodafone.com, to find the answer for this. But they are just hiding, nobody is coming back to me with required answer, the only call back I get from network team to inform that work is being done and network will be improved and I get these response only when I send mail to any of the above mail ID.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
