i am rahul saini from delhi and my number os 9953196261. . i bought this no around 8 years ago and i provided id proof of my cousin brother now i am facing some network problem so i called customer care and they told me replace my sim so i reached vodafone store and asked them to replace my sim they said you have to provide id proof that you provide when you bought this number so i gave my brother nitin id and they siad your number is registered with name of some anil kumar intstead of nitin then i said i dont anil kumar then they said we couldnt replace your sim beccause you dont have anil kumar id then i said how do i get his id when i dont know him then they said thats your problem sir. and then i mailed noodle vodafone and they replied will do something in next 48 working hours but now its more than 11 days but they didnt solve my problem. now i am suffering with network problem please help as soon as possible
