Hi,
My Spidigo broadband connection was not working since 6th Feb, 2012. I contacted customer care several times to fix it but the problem was not fixed.
I have bought broadband from Spidigo three months back and found they are totally unprofessional and does not repair their faults at all even after complaining so many times.
I have so many issues regarding connection and speed. Mostly after 6 p.m. I am not able to connect or open a single page. Their networks and speed is worst in my area - Nirnay Nagar, Ranip , Ahmedabad.
I have registered complains about low and night time speed issues so many times. But after registering complains their technicians just come home and they leave without doing anything wasting my time. They do not even try to solve issue at towers or network level. They all know and accept that service has degraded so much that customers are in total loss.
They shamelessly say to go spidigo office to get issue solved. Dear customer support, if you cannot solve problem then why do you come my home? to waste my time.
Finally when I decide to disconnect from this service and ask for it process to customer care center then again I got funny answer is that “you have to visit our main office and give application for that”.
I also visited office for the same and ask same thing to you Mr. Aman Malhotra and Mr. Patel who are head at there. Still I did not able to disconnect my account.
So as per your suggestion Mr. Aman here I am sending you written application for my account deactivation.
So please do it as soon as possible and give my remain money back because I want to free from this headache process.
