Anonymous on "Compalint against Idea"

I am a bonafide idea user with Mobile Nos. 8750875069, 8750875036 & 8750508282, Instead of clear orders to all service providers from TRAI to stop unsolicited phone calls, I am getting everyday one or two phone calls on my above mentioned numbers from some of the Nos. that are 11400854885/82/84/80/81 without fail. Frequently these number are used to send me unwanted promotional calls.

TRAI has a verdict that each Proxy call will cost Rs.5000/- to the company.

I have shown my resentment to Idea customer care but all in vain.

It is requested that a suitable action be taken against the Idea company and this practice be strictly checked.
