I am ur vodafone costumer of (8081694999) for 5 or 6 months. We came from reliance communication which we use for last three years with plan DSWT 399 in which i get talktime of 300 rs with call rates 50 paisa all over india including Roaming. and 2000 minute roaming incoming free.

Then ur representative in vodafone mini store chowk lucknow, Miss Ruby commited me that she gave me plan 299 Roaming saving plan with 75 VF ROAM TAPIN Incoming@0p
and commited now my roaming outgoing will be charge @75 paisa & incoming will be free.
but i checked my bill last two month then i see that there i will charged my roaming outgoing by 1rs &1.5 rs.
When I complaint in costumer care they spoke me that it was not possible and also told me to go with reliance.
So i want to ask ur company is it moraly right to do this behaviour to any costumer.
