I have one Order# 9099398 (Water Zoom Water Spray Gun)
The order was placed on 30th Jan 2014 which I received on 6th Feb 2014 evening. With several attempts over rediff toll free
number"18002662333" since 6th evening I managed to contact rediff team on 7th Jan 2014 and explained them that the item I received was
damaged and they registered the complaint asking me to take some snaps of the damaged item in the size of 2 mb and send to customer
support through mail("customersupport@rediff.com") and they will revert back within 24 to 48 hours.
Inspite of several reminders over telephone and e-mails they are irresponsible and careless.
I know my money and time is ruined but don't want to spoil the money and time of my other friends and relatives and all who shop online in rediff or are interested in rediff, I will share this issue in Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter and all other social networking sites that I can help to.
