Anonymous on "Complaint against Vodafone"

Dear sir,
I been a regular user of Vodafone since many years but from the past 6 months I am facing a lot of problems whether it a balance deduction or application of VAS on my number without my approval. The recent problem is I recharged my Vodafone number 9759531849 with a Std voucher of Rs 8 on 8th of Feb 2014 and after confirming from the retailer as well as the customer care they both assured me the validity is for 28 days which was perfectly fine for me. But during the tariff's validity period I found out that my Std calls were not charged according to my tariff but as per the normal plan. Soon after the realization I contacted the customer care executives who are so stupid and ignorant with a minimum information that the tariff has been changed and blah blah blah.There wasn't any notification on the tariff change and as per my amusement there was sms on my phone stating that Rs 8 Tariff is valid for 28 days on 26th of Feb 2014.So please stop making fools of common man and I want my hard earned money to be refunded otherwise I am gonna take serious action Vodafone and most probably go for MNP of around 25 Vodafone numbers which all my relatives are using..
