Here I want to complain for the Vodafone services.
I had the Aircel number which I was using from the last 4 years, service of Aircel was good in Delhi but in roaming I found it difficult to use and also 3G service is not there in Aircel. So, I thought of changing it to Vodafone through MNP.
Executive from Vodafone whose name is Mr. Manoj and his num is 8588079007 came to my home to collect the documents and filling the form. I had given them the documents and he had shown me the hard copy of plans. The plan was 249 special plan in which he told me that I will get 500Mb of data usage also and other stuffs was also there but now after the activation I got to know that this data plan is not applicable in my plan. If this was the case then why that executive given me false information. I want 500Mb per month as the free data usage as I am told about this.
Second issue is I am not able to call the ISD. Vodafone store member told me that this is a new number that's why they won't allow me to call ISD. You will allow only when I will deposit Rs5000. What is this kind of agreement? Even in this case. if this is correct then why executive or Vodafone other members had told me about this before. Why I have to deposit money, I have been using this number from the last 4 years, then why? Mr. Mukul from Dwarka Vodafone store has informed me about this. I am working in an MNC and I have to call to Singapore several times, I had never faced this kind of service from any operator as I am facing now.
I want the clarification of both the issues. Both the issues are not small. Vodafone is not a small company, you are a brand and people really don't expect this from Vodafone. Vodafone has provided me false information and I want the clarification of both the issues as soon as possible.
