Anonymous on "Unauthorized balance and big time cheating by Reliance Communications on me"

My Reliance 3G Data Card MDN number : 9343561746.
Since 07th Oct-2014, My Internet connection was NOT working. I called Customer Care. Every time they told me: "Please call back in 1 hour, and the issue will be resolved"
Without restoring the Internet connection, they sent me Bills to Pay. I paid, EXPECTING, that Reliance Team will restore the Internet Connection.
I submitted the faulty USB Dongle to Reliance Authorized SERVICE Center (ASC) on 01st-Nov-2014. On 11th-Nov-2014, as replacement of the the "Reliance Netconnect USB Dongle", Reliance ASC provided me with a MUCH TOO OLDER "Reliance Netconnect USB Dongle", and that too without a warranty status. {Ref:-> Reliance ASC: Sri Sai Cells Receipt no. 7376}}
And the device was not working also. So I returned the same. This was really upsetting. Hence, I sent request to disconnect the connection permanently on 11th Nov-2014
Reliance Person: Manjunath {+918147579570} called & convinced me to pay the Nov'14 month bill & another old Dongle replacement. He told me that there WOULD NOT be any further bills for next 3 months. {I've recorded Telephone conversation for this.}
Again I get bill of Rs.658.35. I paid, requesting permanent closure of the connection and expecting that this would be Full and Final payment, as there is no service by Reliance Communications on my Internet Number: 9343561746
Then again they tell me that there is some outstanding amount --> Rs.2119.16/- in my account; this is BIG TIME CHEATING.
>> After convincing me and telling me that there WOULD NOT be any further bills for next 3 months, they send me double/triple the monthly rental amount. THIS IS BIG TIME CHEATING.
I want to file a complaint against bad bad Internet Service by Reliance Communications in this regard. Please as quickly as possible.
