Anonymous on "Lost my mobile"

Dear Sir,
I lost my Nokia Mobile and I contacted the Nokia Service Center to lock my mobile to prevent use of it. I have provided Microsoft the IMEI details required for the same. But, they are saying they do not have security system with them which can do this. Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.
