My Name is Mr.Rajesh Tripathi i had purchased a RELIANCE prepaid sim card no.9015870004.in year 2009-10
Today itself I lost my Mobile and the Sim as well . Therefore I want to block this number from immediate effect to stop it misuse..
In turn I would request for re issues of the same number to me . Please let me know how i can get the same .
I am not able to contact the customer care on the number 011 30333333 or 18001003333.
