Anonymous on "Vodafone fradulent billing and unprofessional conduct by customer care executive"

My mother , a senior citizen , uses a vodafone SIM registered in my name.
Her calls are restricted to immediate family and relatives staying close by. Her bill is not more than 250 Rs a month.
Last month she was charged Rs 2200, out of which 2000 Rs for a call that was made to some country with a pulse rate of 60 Rs. an hour which Vodafone customer care is not ready to disclose. On top of that, they talk rudely with my mother who who is not very educated without even general respect for the customer. I am appalled at this pathetic approach and would wish to take this case ahead in the consumer forum !!
