.Hi,I am Abhishek .My number is 9654426904 My balance was reduced from rs 95 to rs 14 on 19th november.I came to know about this only on 20th november since I did not make any calls till then.I called the customer care immediately and I was told that they had deducted my balance for using internet without a data pack.but I had my data pack activated at that time and the same was valid from 10th november to 7th december. upon checking their records they told me that my balance would be refunded within 48 hours and it was a mistake on their side.But the assurance they gave me proved to be nothing but a false statement as I have till now not got my balance refunded.And now I am not even able to contact their customer care executive. whenever I call the customer care number or complaint number(198),there is that computerized system which does not connect me to the executives even after following its instructions. I am a student and this amount is not small for me.I would like you to kindly help me out.
