Anonymous on "Complaint against HOMESHOP18"

I have ordered a set of 3 stainless steel bowls with handles in their edges and covering plates...! I have received the order on 12 nov 2015. I found a handle broken and some of the screws of covering plates are missing. Then i complained about the problem with the set to homeshop18.
According to rules, they should have to send a courior boy for pick up and replace. But they are asking me to courier the product again to a given address in Chennai. Agreed..! Then i asked about the courier charges?? They said 10% of the product or Rs.750 which one is lower would be provided to me, means my product value is 1500rs.. Thus they would provide me only 150rs but the courier co. Charge me around 745rs.
So, i want justice and want to give my money back. Thats it. Otherwise m going to file a case.
