Anonymous on "Wrong recharge information in your website please refund my money"

Yesterday I had recharged my mobile (9883160117) with 116, which offers 125mb 3g data and 100 talk time for 30 days. But I got 2gb data for 2 days where in your website the offer stated as above 125mb and 100 talktime. please refund my money. its a cheating with customer. The person with whom I talked,he told me that the offer has been changed, but my qestion is how a customer will know the changing in offer?? Before recharging I checked the offer in your website and rcom app also. Its very annoying that customer care is ignoring my complain. Thats why I am writing to you. Please solve this issue as i don't want this offer. Please refund the amount in my bank or give me that much amount as talktime. Note that I recharged 2 times so 116*2=232.
