Hi,
I received a call from Sanjay saying that he is government advocate and that company has issued an warrant against me for not paying the tikona bill .Although ,I had raised the concern for disconnecting the connection 4-5 months ago.He threatened me that police will come to arrest or else i wil have to pay a bill amount of Rs 2350.I did pay the bill using tikona's official site
"www.tikona.in" and received their transaction id and stuff.Later, when i became normal i saw the billing amount sent to me stated as Rs 850.
Kindly let me know how can i raise this case against TIKONA for harassing their customer and fooling them to pay more amount then they are subjected to.
