I am Arvind Mishra, i have purchase morfee induction cooker in Oct-12 from Lotus Electronics, MP Nagar Bhopal , from last 3 Year i have faced problem in my induction cooker so many time, all the times i continuous follow up with customer care and local service center, So many time mechanic come and repair my induction cooker in 3 year , but again and again it become out of order, when i talk to customer care he replied please talk to local service center, i can't do any things , latest i have launched a complaint on 17-May but till date nobody has come for attend the complaint. when i call a customer care he provide me a mobile no of bhopal office GM and he cut my phone, what is this all about, i feel that i have done big mistake to purchase the morfee induction cooker such a big & reputed company I never expect this type of service and product .
I need help to replace my induction cooker as because in last 8 month 3 times it became out of order, if I purchase any local brand even for 1 year there must not be any issues.
