I, along with my sister arrived at Terminal-3 of delhi airport today (June, 01, 2015, Monday)at 5:00 AM, as my sister had to take the flight number - 634 of Air India for mumbai. She was in security check Que at exactly 5:00 AM. At around, 5:15, she, along with other passengers in que, asked a airport official on the floor about the status of the flight, and shockingly she got the response that departure and airplane gates are closed and she cannot board the flight. You cannot even imagine "How come at at 5:15 AM, flight's doors are closed which is scheduled to fly at 6 AM !!!!!". After that she had all the hue and cry at the concerned counter E and none of the helpdesk manager and other officials helped her and even ignored her voice. After all the arguments, when she asked for refund, they denied any refund and offered a seat in another flight for Rs. 11,0000 !!!! All those who suffered along with her were completely shocked, raged and helpless there. Nobody, on the World class terminal-3 were there with any answers.
Before filing this complaint,I searched on internet, if there is any other such complaints and cases of same nature, and I was shocked with the plethora of such incidents and yet these airlines are allowed to continue their functioning.
I question here about the intention of Air India and there irresponsible, fraudulent, and offensive behavior.
Hereby, I expect to be heard and seek justice.
