For the User ID 1108596453, I have requested for disconnection 10 18/02/2015 and confirmed that I need to disconnect on 20/02/2015. Also I have stopped using internet from 18th feb 2015 itself. I got a bill date 26-Mar-2015 for RS 597.30.
For which I got a call from Customer care to pay the bill, I requested to adjust the bill and send me back so that I can pay the balance amount. After that I didnt hear back from tikona.
Two days back I got a call from No 8058052253 and the person said that he is a goverment employee calling from govt office Delhi High court. Also the person's speech was harassing like tikona sent a notice to me(where I didnt receive any legal notice) and he will send a FIR copy to local police station. I am sure that his no is a idea mobile no and from Rajasthan, not from Delhi.
He is giving me 30 min time for paying the bill that too 2000+bill amount and send transaction id to his mobile no so that he cant file a case. Not sure why you people are following these type of stupid technique to collect money. Please stop these type of stupid things.
1) Even in your terms and conditions itself it is mentioned that legal action will be taken in Mumbai.
2) I was a customer of you from almost more than 2 years where for past 8 months you didnt provide me proper service you can check the number of complaints I raised for the same. That time also paid the bill amount.
3) For this type of case police cant arrest a person since you can check for the legal sections with your legal team.
4) For Harassing a customer I can raise a complaint, only thing I dont have a proof that person called on behalf of Tikona but I have the two calls recorded.
DO NOT FOLLOW THIS CHEAP TECHNIQUE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!.
