Hi team,
I took Vodafone Corporate plan, Net Connect 299. I was informed the below:
1GB 3G data free every month
500 local and national free mins every month.
When the plan was activated I was informed that only 750 mb and 500 local mins only is free. I am now paying for STD mins which I wouldn't have if Vodafone had not lied while selling the plan.
I thought of porting my number from Vodafone to Reliance but they (Vodafone) informed that I can't do this for next 60 days as I need to be in their network for 90 days.
I requested them to activate a plan similar to Reliance's Freedom 350, which they couldn't.
I am stuck with Vodafone for 60 more days. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a patent reply we don't support customer with Corporate plans. Send an email and wait for 2 days and after 2 days you get an automated reply. THIS GOES ON AND ON.
Try to resolve this issue. FED UP WITH VODAFONE.
RELIANCE IS WAY BETTER THAN VODAFONE.
