Anonymous on "reliance poor service and balance dedection"

Hello,

My name is Ankit Kumar. My mobile number is 9835159650. I am from Jharkhand.

Today (26 may) I activated Rs. 57 3G combo pack from customer care. My balance is cut, and I received the SMS that pack is activate. But nothing is show in data and account balance. When I talk with customer care they say, it's technical fault , they can't do anything.

This is not the first time. Please solve the issue on time. Otherwise please return my money (which you can't do).

One more thing, I get the message that my Rs. 111 plan (25p/minute call) validity is going to end. How, I recharge this in mid may. 90 din ki validity se 15 din ki validity kaise ho gayi.
Koi bhi problem solve kr sakte ho ki nahi.
