Anonymous on "Complaint against Vodafone Mumbai for false billing"

Hi,

This is regarding my Vodafone number 9619717757 as I have received very high bill in the month of July.. I was being told by your executive that I will get unlimited plan @ 199.. But later when my bill came I was shocked to see such a high bill..

Please explain how two plans are activated on my number?? 2gb @ 2G + free 2gb @ 3G for 2 months = 4 Gb ... if this is the scene then i get total 2 gb of each usage and my consumption is approx 3.6 GB which is 2GB @ 3g & 1.6 GB @ 2g

Kindly arrange the bill reworking of data charges of Rs.4383 as I was offered plan.. I am ready to pay the calling charges but will not pay data charges of Rs. 4383 It was a false information from you side.. And I want the reversal to be processed immediately or else I will escalate the matter to your higher level...

i am tired talking to executives everyday and explaning the matter everytime, they are rude and disconnects call on my face, i request you to check all the recorded evidence of my telephonic conversation where they have kept me hold for hours, i am very unhappy with the service as i never expected vodafone to be so harsh,
vodafone is the most expensive network in the country and we end up paying more for the premium services hence this is not the way you treat your customers.
I have went thru lot of mental harassment duo to this... executives keeps calling every-time for the payments from morning and i end up explaining stories to them... A new executive every call.

19 june - Vodafone Offered Plan of Free 2 GB 3G usage per month for 2 Months
21 June - Activated
22 June - Asked executive to disconnect existing data plan of 2 gb / 2g but he said use 3g until you consume 2 gb and later switch to 2g services
01 July - Called Customer number trice and confirmed about switching to existing plan 2Gb/2G, he said you can use your existing offer on plan 2g service after exhausting 2gb / 3g
02 July - Plan Exhausted 2 Gb @ 3G
02 July - Network switched to 2g from 3g
02 july - Consumed 800 mb over and above ???
02 july - Consumed 1200 mb over and above ???
02 july - Consumed 1400 mb over and above ???
02 july - Consumed 1600 mb over and above ???
02 july - Spoke to your executive trice and confirmed but said do not worry as you have switched your network
06 july - Called service center almost 20 times but got no help, kept me on hold for hours and disconnected the calls from your side, Given same explanation to every Executive, Later apologized and agreed for full reversal of my data charges but no reply.
17 July - Consumed 80 % of the internet pack
20 july - 3g Plan exhausted and was switched to existing 2g service.
21 july - Consumed 200 mb over and above ???
24 july - Consumed 400 mb over and above ???
25 july - went to vodafone gallery, they apologized and ask me to message on Unique Porting Code - VM242419 & mail vodafone care
28 july - Consumed 600 mb over and above ???
28 july - Consumed 800 mb over and above ???

Have spoken to customer care and went to Store personally several times in between for a month but have only agreed to give 30 % of discount, which i am not agreed. I want total reversal of my data plan and will clear all the payments on same day or else please disconnect the services and no payments will be done under any circumstances.

Revert ASAP
