Anonymous on "Wrong Plan Activation due to which the bill amount is excessive."

Hi,

I was using this Vodafone number “9711837009”, Registered in the Name of “Akshit Mathur”.

For the above number , around two months back I purchased a new postpaid corporate plan connection through a Vodafone executive .The plan I chose was of Rs. 149 ,which have around 200 minutes calling free with 500 MB of 2G data.

The calling and the data I used as per my impression of the plan. Recently I talked to customer care and got to know about the bill which was too high. The plan the company applied to the above number was not as per I was told. The plan does not have the data pack included which was the main cause of the raise in the bill amount.

I been talking to vodafone customer care , and they are telling me the plan you chose does not have data plan and now you have to pay the total bill amount.

I am not going to pay the amount for the data usage as I was told about the plan and used accordingly.
