SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT- (Unnecessary delay from service center people to harass consumer for warranty extension) .

Dear Sir,

1) I have purchased a Sony Bravia LED TV (42inches. Model No: KDL-42W700B ), Serial N0. 3259610, date of purchase:24/04/2014, Invoice No: 12349 .

2) I wanted to extend my tv warranty i went to sony authorized service center jabalpur mp which is Space Tech ON 23 /04/2015 BEFORE ONE DAY OF EXPIRING EXTENSION OF WARRANTY OF PRODUCT with papers n money but service center people said they need approval from sony n it will take time, they gonna call me after two days . I went there in the same day evening n after two day again after a week n after two day again but iam not getting any proper response from there end.
Iam keep complaining for this problem on sony center which complaint numbers mention below. every time they are saying they drop an mail to authorized service center people n problem gonna resolve with in two days , but iam not getting any response from anyonces end. please do the needful for me.

3) We made several complaints regarding this matter to Sony authorized service center jabalpur which is space tech regarding warranty extension & on Sony Service Centre but still we are not satisfied. I am irritated by their services and responses. Please sort out my problem early to earliest as possible. I have no option to solve my problem, unless to go to consumer court to file my problem & harassment .

4) My Complaint No:025105002 ON 23/04/2015 & N OTHER TWO COMPLAINTS- 025177390 & 25218884-to Sony India FROM LAST 20 DAYS ...

5) I am Giving you a time limit of 3 to 5 days to settle our warranty extension problem, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

6) The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses for unnecessary delay from service center people to harass consumer for warranty extension .
