Dear Sir,
I am using Reliance Prepaid GSM using last 6 months. They blocked my SMS sverive with out intimating me. And I called customer care to activate SMS service, they told me to it will take 48 hrs. After 48 hrs i called reliance customer care number of times but they are not responding. Please help me on this. Below are the my Customer Care Compliant timings.
1. 6th May 2015 - Time: 15:39
2. 8th May 2015 - Time: 19:18
3. 9th May 2015 - Time: 11:41
4. 9th May 2015 - Time: 22:15 (They given some number to call, +91 9014000500, but this number is not working at that time. after that i did't tried)
5. 9th May 2015 - Time: 22:22
6. 11th May 2015 - Time: 9:35
7. 11th May 2015 - Time: 14:34
8. 13th May 2015 - 10:49, 10:51, 10:53 (But today i am unable to connect customer care i tried number of times)
