Dear Voltas Customer Care,
I'd like to draw your kind attention that I purchased 1 Voltas AC split 5 star vertis gold 1.5 tons on 18-03-2013.
There was cooling problem in June 2013 (within 3 months of purchase) and your mechanic attended and given remarks that there was gas short. Gas refilling was done on 24-06-2013. I've the letters with me.
Now again the problem of cooling (no cool at all) happened and lodged a complaint. Your mechanic came after 2 weeks and said that the aluminum coil was leaked and it is required to replaced with the copper coil.
They have given an estimate of Rs. 9662/
Now my humble question to the company like Voltas product is so inferior???
you are earnestly requested kindly take necessary action at the earliest...
