Thay activated 299 3g plan on my number without my permission in my billing cycle.
Before 10 to 12 day of my billing cycle i called to customers care to know my active plans and than i know they going to upgrade my 2g plane to 3g at same time i told him not to activate this plan on my number
please deactivate this plan before activate on billing cycle.
And he confirmed me that he deactivate my 3g plane.
after that i got 2 more call from Vodafone care to conform me that your 3g plan is deactivate on your number.
and now today i got msg from your side that your voice call service is active now.
And i cell back to customers care and thay told me that your 3g plan was not deactivate.
and thay continually going to harassing me from the beginning when i called 1st time regarding this issues.
and now thay told me you have to pay 299.
because you useing vodafone service.
