Anonymous on "complaint against deactivation of vodafone number"

This is to inform you that my phone number 8017276011 has been deactivated by vodafone company since last Saturday 28/3/2015. There's no clarification for such undesirable action. When the staffs of the company's local branch (Garia) were approached they said since the mobile is not used much or not recharged regularly for that reason such an action were taken. Here I would like to point out that I have evidence in the form of sms that shows last
recharge was done on 21/3/2015, merely a week before the incident!! It is used quite frequently. When we approached the staffs they also said the number may have been deactivated by the government , if so why, they didn't know ?? Documents were all correct, even if there were some mistakes we were notinformed earlier, it has been more than 6 months under use. No sms was sent informing that such a thing would happen.
A detailed account of what exactly has happened was asked. They did nothing.
Even after speaking with vodafone customer care through emails. new documents were produced even then they did nothing .to get a copy of those emails please notify me as quickly as possible . I have already had to suffer muvh inconvenience due to vodafone's delay.
