Anonymous on "Vodafone cheats on bill"

Hi I have been speaking with vodafone to resolve the issue for the past 1 month.
But there has been no resolution.I have been using the vodafone number for over 7 years its a postpaid number.
Never ever has my monthly bill crossed 2000/- Number 9892518278 is been charged almost 11k for a month of March 2015
of which 10.5k was for the internet charges which i have never used. Have also approached to relationship Managers and have written them an email but there has been no effective response or solution and top of that they deactivated incoming and outgoing services.In fact When I came to know that the bill has crossed the credit limit on 8th April I gave a call to Vodafone care for reason. Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization. It has been pathetic to say the least. I hope the managers following this thread make note.Kindly sort the issue asap.Thanks.
