This is on behalf of order number ORDER # 402-0996122-1988343.
I have placed this order on 25 days back and they have given me estimated delivery date of 30th April.Now the points come about how amazon lies..
1)They updated on the website while i was tracking my order out for delivery(26th april).I waited for whole day with my communication media On.Though I dint even got call and in the night they have updated addresse was not available.
2)I tracked with the courier impersonally,They have told me that the courier is in ranchi itself.It has not arrived in hazaribag yet.(How it is out for delivery).
3)When I contacted amazon customer support then they told me that dont worry sir..Still estimated delivery date is yet not over.and they told me to wait till 30th.
4)I waited till 30th and finally i dint get any call from courier.. On 1st may I talked to them they told that courier guy tried to reach me. but I was not available.That was the biggest lie I have ever heard from amazon.bcz I have given them 3 alternate numbers.Amazon you can be such a lier.
5)When we again reached the courier they again told me that product has not arrived yet.
6)Finally dispatched to seller after two unsuccessful delivery.
7)I got update from courier on 5th that it is under process and they will deliver soon.
