This is to bring to your kind notice that on the 1st of may i had a flight from Mumbai to pune around 7-45 pm which got delayed by 1 and half hour .We left aroung 9 15 and landed around 11-15 .While waiting for the luggage ,we dint receive one of my luggage which was blue in Colour .I spoke to the customer service they handed me one PRI form which wasnt helpful.We checked cctv also but there it showed that the bag dint come on the belt .I have expensive clothes and jewelries in that bag i dont know but i want that or kindly compensate, if not then i would like to file a strict legal case against indigo being a media person i will ruin indigo badly.
