Reliance GSM service I'm using as my mobile operator. They used to deduct balance Rs.1 and Rs.5 from my main balance. Whenever's I complain they says that I might have activating any link or receive any promotional calls. But I didn't do any othose. But everyday they deduct Rs.5 or Rs.1 from main balance. Sometimes they refund it, sometimes they just disconnect the connection. As we know reaching to the customer care became as difficult as to reach my prayers to God. And after reaching them, they just disconnect the call. So, from last few months I use the online chatting system it worked sometimes and I got my refund. But most of the time my browser shows connection lost. Today when I asked for the refund they said they registered my complain and they can't refund the deducted amount. I'm a student Im not able recharge so much higher recharge on my cell phone. But for their hunger for my Rs.5 or Rs.1 I'm forced to recharge frequently. We talk about #NetNeutrality and much more things but these telephone operator companies always do this cheap kind of things to be more wealthy and stand as worlds richest company and all. VAS or Value Added Services are a common problem of India, not required or registered by the customer but they have to pay for it. I'm writing this complain to you with a great hope. Please help us, Indians from this problem. My complaint number as they registered is 232990575. Please help me out of this everyday problem.
